AAS is a small software studio in Romania. We design and build custom web platforms, mobile apps and the integrations between them, then host and run them, for companies in Europe and the United States.

Native apps where a browser is not enough: camera and receipt scanning, offline use, notifications, Sign in with Apple or Google. Published to the App Store and Google Play under your name.
Connecting the systems you already use: payment providers, accounting software and e-invoicing, document and OCR pipelines, AI-assisted steps where someone used to copy data by hand.
We run what we build. Cloudflare Workers, D1 databases and R2 storage give you fast, global hosting with predictable costs and no servers to patch.
A short call and a written scope. We look at how the job is done today and agree what the first version must do, and what it can leave out.

After launch we host, monitor and maintain the product, and keep adapting it as your business changes.

General contractor, Miami
Clients follow their construction projects from a browser. Progress photos appear as soon as the site team drops them into OneDrive, alongside schedules and documents. Nothing is uploaded twice.
BMW car club
A members area for a car club with a browsable collection and an interactive 3D viewer for each car, so members can explore the cars in detail from anywhere.
Mobile car detailing, Switzerland
A service business that comes to the customer: packages, service areas and online reservations in French, German and English, with customer accounts and a back office for the owner.
Event decoration studio, Romania
Services, portfolio, client reviews and contact for a wedding and event decorator, managed from an admin panel. A "coming soon" mode shows the public a teaser while the owner fills the site in before launch.
Finance and operations
Bookkeeping and ERP workflows for small and mid-sized companies: bank-file imports, creditor payments, reconciliation and period closing, with the approvals and audit trail accountants expect.
Every receipt, invoice and bank statement, collected during the month. Your accountant gets one tidy package.
Expense Collector is our own product. Receipts are captured the moment they arrive, invoices and bank statements are imported, and the app reads, checks and matches all of it. At month end the accountant receives one complete package instead of a shoebox of paper.
Accountants work in the web app from any PC. iPhone and Mac app available on request. Built and run on Cloudflare: Workers, D1, R2 and Workers AI.
Scan receipts with the camera: the paper is detected, cropped and straightened. Import PDFs and photos, or share from WhatsApp, Mail or Files. Works offline and uploads later.
On-device OCR and an AI reading pass fill in the supplier, number, date, totals and VAT. Supplier names are verified against ANAF by fiscal code.
Duplicates are caught by file, invoice number and amount. Invoices are paired with their fiscal receipts automatically.
Import a statement (Banca Transilvania PDF today) and each transaction is matched to its document. Rules handle recurring lines, and payments are allocated to your issued invoices, so clients and outstanding amounts show who has paid and who is late.
Admins, uploaders and accountants join with an invite code. Admins see an activity log of everything that happened.
Send to the accountant: a ZIP with every original, a CSV index and one merged PDF for printing, emailed in Romanian or English.
